Manny Rodriguez is an educator and public service professional with over a decade of experience working across classrooms, city government, and state policy environments. His career reflects a commitment to improving systems that directly impact children, families, and communities.
Manny began his career in early childhood education, spending several years as a classroom teacher in both Connecticut and Washington, D.C. In these roles, he developed a strong foundation in student development, family engagement, and instructional leadership, while also leading school-based initiatives and supporting team-wide planning and coordination.
As Manny transitions out of the classroom, he has dedicated himself to public service, channeling his passion for equity into government and policy work. He collaborates with city and state agencies to reform systems from within, ensuring that every child and family has access to the opportunities they deserve.

Building Hope
Policy Analyst
Launched the national Microschool Loan Program, which leveraged AI-enabled underwriting and Plaid integrations to deploy $410,000 to eleven borrowers from a $675,000 fund. I also created a groundbreaking database cataloging state-level public funding programs for microschools, and conducted in-depth research on occupancy codes, education zoning, and licensing across states with ESA, voucher, and tax credit programs.
